Fikrago Love works when everyone feels safe being themselves. These rules keep it that way.
Be real — one honest profile
Use your own photos and accurate information. No impersonation, no fake profiles, no bot accounts, no underage users (strictly 18+).
Treat people with respect
No harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats or discrimination of any kind. Rejection is part of dating — handle it gracefully.
Keep photos appropriate
No nudity or sexual content in profile photos. Explicit content in conversations without consent is a serious violation that leads to bans.
No spam, scams or solicitation
No commercial promotion, no asking for money, gift cards or crypto, no romance scams. These patterns are detected and escalated to human review.
Consent is non-negotiable
Respect boundaries in every conversation. Unwanted sexual advances, pressure or persistence after being asked to stop will result in immediate action.
Consequences are real
Violations can lead to content removal, warnings, restricted visibility, suspension or permanent bans. Serious matters may be reported to authorities where legally required.
How moderation works
When you report someone, your report enters a professional moderation queue with the reporter, reported user, category, evidence and timestamps. Automated systems help flag suspicious patterns — such as scam scripts, repeated messages or harassment phrases — but for serious cases, AI never makes irreversible decisions. A human moderator reviews the evidence, can assign the case to themselves, add internal notes, and choose the right outcome: dismiss, warn, restrict, suspend, ban, delete content or escalate. Every action is recorded in an internal audit trail.
