1. Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Fikrago Love, a dating platform operated by the Fikrago.com team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are provided as a professional placeholder for the platform's public launch and will be reviewed by counsel as the service scales; they do not constitute legal advice.
2. Eligibility — 18+ only
Fikrago Love is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended immediately and reported where appropriate. Creating an account while under 18, or helping someone under 18 to do so, is a serious violation of these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your password and all activity under it. One account per person. You must provide accurate registration information and an honest profile. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for others, or transfer your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fikrago Love to harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, spam or exploit anyone; to share sexual content targeting non-consenting users; to solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency or financial information from other members; to scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service; or to violate any applicable law. Violations may result in warnings, suspension or permanent banning. Serious matters may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Content you share
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process it to operate the service (for example, showing your photo in discovery). Do not share content you have no right to share. We may remove content that violates our guidelines. We are not obliged to pre-screen content, but we operate an active moderation system including user reports and automated pattern detection.
6. Matching and compatibility
Compatibility scores are calculated from profile information you and other members provide. They are informational only. We do not promise that use of the service will lead to a relationship, meeting, or any particular outcome. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members; verification badges indicate only what was specifically verified.
7. Safety disclaimer
We invest heavily in safety tooling — reporting, blocking, pattern alerts and human moderation — but no platform can guarantee the behavior of its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Fikrago Love is not an emergency service: if you are in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately. Never send money to people you meet online.
8. Donations and payments
Fikrago Love is currently free. Voluntary donations made through our Support page are contributions to development, handled by third parties (PayPal), and are not payments for any dating privileges, features or outcomes. Donations are non-refundable unless required by law. If paid products are introduced in the future, they will be governed by additional terms presented at purchase.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, or where required for safety, legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations) survive.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fikrago.com and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.
