A match happens only when two people both express interest in each other. Until that mutual like, nobody knows you liked them.

It measures overlap between your profiles: relationship intentions, interests, languages, lifestyle preferences and country. Every score comes with an explanation. It is a starting point, not a guarantee of relationship success.

We rank discovery by compatibility so your best starting points appear first. You can widen filters any time to see more people.

Never. Emails are never shown, and location is limited to country and an optional approximate region. Emails typed in chat are hidden by our safety system.

Settings → Privacy & visibility → Hide my profile. You disappear from discovery but keep your matches and messages.

Incognito mode lets you browse with maximum discretion — your activity is not surfaced to other members.

No. Badges show exactly what was verified (email, or that photos plausibly show the same person). They are not background checks. Always follow our Safety Center guidance.

Every profile, match and conversation has a Report button. Choose a category, add details if you wish, and our moderation team reviews it. Serious reports always get human review.

Blocking instantly removes them from your discovery, closes your conversation and prevents them from finding you. They are not notified.

Settings → Account → Delete my account. Your profile leaves discovery immediately and your data is scheduled for deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

You can change your display name any time in profile editing. Usernames are permanent identifiers and cannot be changed after registration.

Reports are reviewed by human moderators. If a report leads to action, you receive a notification explaining the outcome. False reports have no negative effect on your account.
